NO REFUND TO THE SERVICE HAS BEEN DONE
In case you face a problem with any service, please contact us immediately. Be prepared to let us know the day you came, the technician that worked on you, and most importantly, remember the name or the number of the color you have. We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service. It would be helpful if you let us know that you are unhappy with the quality of the work as soon as we finish the first nail, be it concerns about length, shape, thickness, or color. No refund to the service has been done. Our goal is to ensure that each service and visit meets your satisfaction. Customers who walk out of the salon are considered satisfied with the service. As soon as you have walked out of the salon, we assume that you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
* Quality Products
We use only fresh and new liners, files, and buffers for our services. We also discard them immediately after use on a client. All our salon equipment is thoroughly sanitized.
We require a 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services. Further, if you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, we may require you to reschedule.
* Personal Item
Ocean Nails & Spa is not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged during services. Especially if your phone drops on the floor or in water. Please be extra careful when handling polishes.
* For your complete relaxation and also out of consideration for other clients, we request you to please mute cell phones. Please also keep all phone calls to a minimum. This is to ensure a pleasant service to all.
* We reserve the right to refuse service.
* Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available, but they are non-refundable.
